Tim Fogarty - Board of Directors
Tim Fogarty is CFO of Contrarian Group of which the MBI investor is CGI Opportunity Fund II, L.P. The Partnership's general partner is Mr. Peter Ueberroth. Mr. Ueberroth is currently, and has been since 1989, the Managing Director of Contrarian Group, Inc., an investment and management company. Mr. Ueberroth is well known for his previous roles as President of the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee and his subsequent appointment as the sixth commissioner of Major League Baseball. He was Time Man of the Year in 1984. Currently, Mr. Ueberroth serves as the Chairman of the United States Olympic Committee. The limited partner is a pension fund of one of the largest corporations in the world which is a Dow 30 component. The following is a partial list of the Companies in which the Contrarian Group has either had partial or 100% involvement in: Pebble Beach Company, Doubletree/Promus, Getthere, Ambassadors International, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMIE), Caliber Bank – Purchased forty-nine branches of Caliber Bank.
